I canned this stuff with my grandmother 6 years ago and have been canning every year it got to a point I had to stop and clean and purge. I don't know how many jars I have but I ordered 150 regular mouth and 150 wide mouth off eBay. Pigs will be happy.

Heck man pig Killin is easier than processing any other animal IMO.. once you split the carcass you can see where all your cuts are. Thanks yea yours looked great too I gotta put lime down kinda late but it needs it.

So I mentioned in another thread what happened to the pigs.. so technically I killed these in 2021 too lol plan to thaw the belly out and start the bacon soon the hams are salted close to 2 mos now
