    Embryo transfer?

That's about as close to being dead on as you can get! Embryos might be a little higher. Depending on breed of cattle you are purchasing!

    Breeding Charolais Cattle

Because they raise big calves.... If they didn't I wouldn't be getting 700 pound bull calves at 6 months old... That's why :tiphat:

    ln tank alarm

why not just use a regular scale to hang the tank from. When you walk by, look at the weight. Record the weights weekly and the amount of nitrogen and then you'll know.

I use orange chalk.. Use the chalk to paint the tail head. If the bull breeds her it will rub off. If he doesn't then her tail will remain orange. Best thing about using orange is, it will not wash off in the rain we are getting today!!!!!   The other colors...

Questions on Promoting an Angus Bulls

A good way to promote your bull would be to sell some Dang good heifers out of him. If he produces great offspring, then get them out there and show them off.... I think too many people get caught up in numbers... they are a tool... not the GOSPEL!!!!!! In other words PROVE HIM

Friend of mine uses angus x holstien cross and has good luck. Main thing is to use a cow that is fertile and a good milker. Not so much a certain breed, just a good calf raiser!!!!

    LT Bluegrass son?

Most of the Bluegrass sons I've seen aren't that thick. He is a great calving ease bull. The bulls I've seen out of him are deep and long, but don't have a lot of butt in them. I suppose if he were bred to a top of the line cow, the calf could be good. But he has to be bred to top of the...
