$3k/ac isn't that bad, my neighbor wants $9k/ac and it looks like fecal matter. i had a similar situation except with 10 acres, ended up buying it so no one would build trailers behind me. it's all trees. great for deer hunting.
sicklepod is still toxic after it has been dried. to my knowledge goats will not eat sicklepod. correct me if i am wrong. cattle would have to consume quite a bit over a few day period to become a problem. sorry i can't give you an exact amount
