Why is having a long body a good thing in a bull? ??? G&L

I have a chance of getting some mixed grass hay. It is last years fescue-clover-bahia. What is fescue? All Ive ever fed is bermuda grass or bahia grass hay. How does fecue compare? thanks for your help! G&L
