i've got an otherwise healthy bull yearling with a woobly rear end. he is about 10 months old. he may have had this for sometime but i have only noticed it for about a month.. he can walk run get up and down, but hips will give way from time to time when moving. he doesn't fall just gives way...

my friend's bull, a 5 yr. old char. died thanksgiving night. in a span of 2 weeks he went from healthy breeding heifers to extremely weak, extreme diarrhea, slightly labored breathing. i would have liked for the bull to be tested by a vet, but by the time i heard about it it was probably too...

Have any of you folk used the TWIL Canada Bovipreg preg test?

When choosing a bull or bulls to AI cows, what is better than using multiple trait leaders? I can't go see all the bulls, and if i could what would it mean? I'm sure they all look good. I guess i could ask around but different folks like different things. talk to me... what do you do?

it seems to me that installing an insecticide tag on the outer/back portion of the ear would let the tag come in contact with the cow's body more than if it were installed on the front of the ear... why are the tags always shown on the front of the ear?
