My grandad always used horned hereford bull on his brangus cows because they seemed to carry better bone than the polled. They make for some dandy super baldies.

We had an incident a couple of years back where some kids out on summer break were driving around and shooting animals. They shot some sheep, cows, & a horse. I think that is a very isolated incident though.

My understanding is the ones with the diaphragm pumps work better than the piston pumps for diesel mixes. But the one I have is a piston pump. Sorry not much help.
