The braford cow was hard to catch so I finally caught her, when she came through the ring her right eye was bloody like a cancer eye cow, I never noticed anything wrong with her eye, she was perfectly fine when I cut...

    Metal liner for fireplace

We replaced the liner of our fireplace two years ago with the same original brick. The bricks are starting to break again. I’m thinking about lining the fireplace with 1/2” metal, just build an insert and set it in. Has anyone ever done this before?

    Lean meat

I eat breakfast sausage just about every week, old folks, Smithfield and some others. I noticed when frying patties there is very little grease cooked out. Good meat

We butchered this longhorn/red angus cross heifer, she weighed 735 lbs, that’s about the size I like to butcher, we grain fed her. We grilled sirloins, and were the best sirloins I ever had, tender and flavorful. Very happy with the outcome.
