Would like a little advice on a pasture project. Last fall I drilled about 10 acres of KY31, fertilized according to soil test (no lime was needed) and sprayed a small dose of glyphosate prior to drilling. Drill date was around October 10th. Grass still hasn't done well at all, it has grown up...

Fescue Gurus, What is the earliest you will spray new fescue? Have some I planted last fall that id like to go ahead and spray but don’t want to set the grass back any.

Anyone else’s grass seem to be coming on a little slower this year than last few years? We have had enough moisture, but we haven’t had any consistent temps for more than a couple days at a time here in North Central Arkansas.

Anyone had any luck getting any type of grass to grow on a steep rocky hillside? If so what was best planting method. Steep being too steep to take a tractor up and down. Don’t expect pasture but would like something to at least cover the rocks up.

So I pulled blood on Monday, got results Tuesday. Today, one of the "pregnant" ones is standing for other heifers in the field. Assuming I had a false positive?
