    What are you eating today?

I like the meat filled ones as long as their made well. A place here has a jalapeno sausage and cheese one thats really good, though I think those are actually called klobesneks or something like that.

Greybeard you can send a couple my way, when I am in Texas I'll drive 100 miles outta my way to go through West and leave there in a sugar coma everytime. I dont eat a lot of sweets but kolaches are a weakness of mine. Theres quite a few czech bakeries around here to though and I rarely pass...

    Over seeding

We are getting ready to over seed some pasture, just adding a little diversity. The original plan was to broadcast and drag in but a lot of neighbors are just letting their cattle walk seed in. I know this is a fairly common practice at least around here it is but how well does it really work...

    Ford 961

Its not a SOS I stay away from those, good in theory but a pain to work on. If I remember right the 6 in 961 designates live power and 5 speed, the 971 was the SOS model. Dont hold me to that though.

    Ford 961

I like the old ones myself and am partial to the fords, my wife likes red and all we have now is green I still occasionally hear her complaints about selling our 706 or as she says her 706. She wants a 504 or 560 now not fond of either of those myself this ford has a little red on it maybe that...

    Ford 961

Looking at a ford 961, it looks good, runs good, and the price is right. It is a NF but that doesnt really bother me I dont plan on putting a loader on it. Anyone here have anything to say about em? Its main job would be a little driveway work and pulling the feed wagon probably nothing to...

    3020 Wheatland value

I have a 3020 wheatland gasser late model think its a 71, its a good running tractor but it is a true wheatland with no 3pt and other than adding one of those bolt on 3pts there is no way to add a 3 point without a considerable amount of work and expense. That lack of a 3pt really irritates me...

    Half Interest Bucking Bulls

My point was when you dont know what a good bucker looks like early on you end up wasting a lot of money on something thats headed to the grinder. And if you dont know a flank rope from a bull rope and a bucking chute from a loading chute, have no knowledge or nobody to help you chute break and...

    Half Interest Bucking Bulls

There is money to be made in bucking stock but you have to basically roll the dice on stock even bull calves from top quality stock turn out to be duds more than not. You really need connections, like I mentioned before, access to an arena, a dummy, events to go to if you do end up with...

    Chicken vs Beef

Yes that is true but its all at the mercy of the parent company. The chicks come from the company the feed comes from the company the producer has little control. So you could do everything right but just have a sick batch of birds and your neighbor could do the exact same with healthy birds...

    Half Interest Bucking Bulls

Where are you wanting to take them? Local rodeos and bull ridings or ABBI deals and the like. What bloodlines are you looking at? Do you have access to an arena with chutes to chute break em and get em used to everything? Have access to a dummy?
