    JD 5525 fuel issues

I hear ya ... Mine has gone out twice now. I replaced it the first time. Second time, the dealer said everybody around here just leaves them disco'd, so that's what I have done. Like Simme said, It is easy to replace and is a cheap part (no pun intended, ha !). IDK, why replace it again if it...

OK. Thanks. I do pretty much the same.

Notice any tone difference when you start on a colder day? My sensor has been disco'd for two years and I seem to notice a slighly difference in the engine sound when she starts (5320)

    MANURE STICKING IN DUMP BED

Morning fellas, Final verdict was to move the scissor aft 11 inches. Me and a buddy found the installation instructions for this dump system. Whoever had initially installed it, had it set waaay too far forward. It was only dumping to 40 degrees. Now it dumps closer to 50 degrees and works...

What should we ask for deposits for beef?

Couldn't agree with you more. Paid the farm off three years ago and I've been lettin' loose a bit. I used to be tight as a drum, although that's probably why the farm is now mine. You're right, you can't take it with you.

    JD 456SS_Round Baler

Talked to dealer. He said just take it out. Got that input from TxJim on haytalk too. He's a wealth of knowledge for JD related stuff, IMO. It came out slicker than goose shat.

What should we ask for deposits for beef?

email/phone call get's you penciled in. 600 buck deposit, pencil turns to ink. Three months prior to delivery another 600 deposit and then they pay the balance at pick up.

    BALER TRACTOR

We had two days of sunshine last week. Did a 8 acre hayfield. Tractor was awesome. PQ is really nice. Since then, nothing but rain. We've been socked in the fog now for 48 hours straight. 10 day has T storms and showers everyday. I've been in NH since 1964 and I can't remember such a rainy wet...

Yes, piece 8 (spring) of the drawing still feels like it has some stored energy left. Thanks for the response. Counting threads sounds smart.

Hey Fellas', Kind of embarrasing to admit, but I can't find what I'm looking for in the 2000 page baler TM I bought two years ago. Here's the nitty gritty. I need to remove and repack piece 24 on Tension System diagram ST417922, which is found in PC2525 of jd parts look up for 456 and 466...

    BALER TRACTOR

Thanks. Power quad with RH reverser, yes. It's hooked to the baler right now and ready to go. Time will tell if it's a good one. We.ve been in and out of rain showers for three weeks now. Things are looking positive for next mid week on, weather wise.

    BALER TRACTOR

Thanks, 5000 hours. I thought it was a little high on price, but all the guys equipment looked to be in awesome shape. He seemed like a straight shooting retiring Vermont hayfarmer.
