Ok everbody tried to down me for my Herfstiens, but what about Hays Converter he used two dairy breeds with a Herford so what does anybody have to say about that. If using two dairy breeds + one beef breed worked the one dairy + one beef should defintly work.

Does anybody else raise there steers from start(weaned) to finnish(1200) on pasture? And why? I do it because if is very cheap & ecspecially on pure Holstien steers.

Just bought a beef maker Semmintal Herford cross. Think it might be wise to cross her to my Herfstien Bull or does anybody think it might be better to put her with somthing else?
