Looking at replacing a heated waterer. Does anyone have a Brower or Pride of the farm plastic waterers ? I believe they are the same exceot for color. They are about $450 or so. Anything would be better than the 30 + year old metal waterer I`m replacing.

Thanks she is my favorite heifer out of this group. These Simmental calves seem to always have plenty of hair as babies but shed it off in the spring. Usually they don`t hair up as much the next year but as with all breeds there are some blood lines that have more hair than others.

Took this today. I`m pretty happy with the way she`s coming along. She`s a Boulder her dam is a Bandwagon and her Grandam is a Built Right.

I didn`t want to hijack the thread below but I really like the Boulder bull too. This heifer is a Boulder out of a Bandwagon cow that has done well with her calves and they are always puppy dog tame which in my opinion worth a lot.

Jeanne he was born 9-10 so 43 days old. We had 3 Declaration calves born that day. The 2 black cows had red calves and the red cow had this black calf.

I`ve only had one Wide Range calf and he was a good one. I`ve got 3 Declaration calves and they are all pretty nice. Here`s a picture of one of the Declaration calves he is out of a Shorthorn X Simmental cow.

This is our first calf by On the Mark. Luckily it was a heifer and out of a first calf heifer that was sired by our herd bull. we have one more due bred to On the Mark. I`m pretty happy with the bone this little heifer has especially being out of a first calf heifer.
