X2. You just can’t overcook them.

    Short trip

GW Copperhead has caught my eye, but I haven’t used him as he is only a halfblood. Sampled KBHR Charger on some heifers this summer.

    End of an era.

Have you seen the commercial where there is a company that has virtual handymen? The lady is dancing around because he fixed her toilet. The chain had fallen off. I can’t imagine not being able to figure that out yourself. But there must be plenty.

    New bull for fun

I’m only illustrating that there is such a thing as a beef Highlander. You don’t have to buy a champion to breed for quality. I will grant that there is a large demand for the mini/ toy versions of breeds. Not my thing. Eye of the beholder.

    Wolves will be wolves

Hook it into the gps to keep them out of the perimeter. They already make fences like this for dogs. Wolves would catch onto forbidden territory quicker than forbidden fruit, I would think.

    Low Conception Rates

We need to all back up and make sure these cows are open. Getting a second opinion would be money well spent. FALL already ?????

The nighthawks showed up last night ahead of the storms. Migration has begun. Amazing that they go all the way to Brazil.

    FALL already ?????

I’ve been thinking the same thing. Same weather here but by the weekend we are expecting 90’s and humid. BUT I have noticed the calves are starting on their winter coats already and the swallows are starting to congregate. It’s got me concerned about the winter ahead.

    A little red head

Mack AF really stamps them. How does your personal experience with his daughters compare to his EPDs? I love their look.

Do my steers look close to finished?

Consider separating them in the trailer on the way there. Hate for those horns to cause bruising on those nice carcasses.

    Pot belly updated pics

When you’re dealing with the general population you have to start beyond basic. You can always elevate the conversation as you get a feel for your audience. But in general, sub-basic is the best starting point. Many people have no frame of reference to start with.

    Having trouble finding the teet

Sometimes it just takes awhile for the light to come on. If she’s looking and nursing with help, she’ll put two and two together eventually.

    Belgian blue cattle

The only thing better than the first calf of the season is the last. Congrats! It was a rocky one for you.
