Mix a cup of cream with a bottle of the 2%.

Have your vet show you how to give fluids. It’s saved quite a few critters at my place. Easy to do, especially if they are really down! Ivermectin on the skin will help with maggots. Make sure you scrape off all of the eggs too. Glad you found him!!

I gave him one tsp of Pepto in his evening bottle last night. THis morning his poo was the color & consistancy of soft chocolate pudding. I know the pepto will make it darker....but it was still pretty soft. But at least not pure liquid. So give him another dose? My vet is not too...

His coat is still sleek & shiny. His appetite is great, bright eyed, ears up, greeting me mooing. I haven't tried the pepto yet - I did read that you don't want to stiffen them up too much. Would they get an adult-human size dose? I know with goat kids (have those, too), you can damage...

I'm at work now, so don't have the tag with me. But I know it's 20% protein, 20% fat, and all milk protiens, no soy at all. It's still water this morning. He had a few "tighter" ones, but it goes right back to water.
