Have any of you used either of these? I have and one of the 2 are leaving some of my calves stiff legged and lethargic. Also a few cows. First time I used either one and definitely the last.
What did your vet give you? Anything for fever? The best thing I have used for calf scours is spectogard. It's actually for pigs but works great for calves.
Never give electrolytes n place of milk.only as an addition.

I have been feeding wet barley from beer for 6 yrs now. I pick it up in plastic 55 gal drums. We normally get about 15 a week and feed it free choice. I feed it year around and haven't had a bit of trouble with it. I feed it to a group of 25 pairs normally.
