    JD D105 mower

Hi there I have a d105. I have had it a couple of years only done about 100 hours. I have recently changed the oil and put a new belt on. Just wondering if anyone can recommend any good DIY mods that will boost my mower? I am going to disable the riio switch next after watching a vid on you tube.

    Brahma cross bull prospect

Give it a go. Learn in the job. Use the bull on a small joining or as a back up bull. I had a neighbour that ran a cross bred herd. Always kept a bull calf similar cross to the heifers to mop up after ai. Worked well for him. I have long wondered if you breed cattle on characteristic and not...

    Stihl chain.

So I bought my self a really good echo saw recently. Love that saw. My Stihl dealer is the closest store. I just bought a replacement chain there recently. So now I have a echo saw with a compatible Stihl chain. Anyone ever done this before? Good or bad idea?

More a comment on electric saws. I have an Ozito brand elec saw. Very happy. It came with a 3/8p safety chain. I got Stihl brand Chain for it great up grade. Go Milwaukie as you already have the batteries. My tip is you need a battery in use and a spare who is on the charger or ready to go. It’s...

    Sold up, cashed up 😂

Hi guys. I wanted to share something I have done in my ranch, as a lifestyle thing. I have just sold my cows unmated and my 2020 drop calves. Kept my 2021 calves. I have paid some debt and running the young stock on to grow out and fatten. The surplus grass I am taking on agistment and going to...

    Cordless Power Tool purchase question.

Thanks for the feed back. Sounds like it’s Dewalt or Milwaukie for me. Might come down to warranty period. Hikoki have the longest warranty but more expensive to start.

    Cordless Power Tool purchase question.

My first drill was a Bosch. Bosch are the most disappointing equipment, drill, oven, hot water unit. Pay for the name, great to use and then to get them fixed is impossible or horrendous. Bosch is a real swear word. Yeah. The Ozito is great gear. I was shrinking about going a little upmarket. I...

    Cordless Power Tool purchase question.

Hello Gang. I am looking at buying a 3 piece cordless tool kit. I was all set to buy Milwaukie until today. My local store told me that the after sales on any warranty or breakdowns was very poor and as a salesperson he found it an unpleasant experience. So now I am wondering if I should look at...

    Cheap saws.

Hi Guys. I just sold a big Stihl and bought a mid size Echo. Good I’m happy with that. But I have been watching some cheapest on Amazon, Chinese saw unboxings on You Tube. How do these cheaper saws stack up? Fair discount on them. These Baumar Ag seem popular in Oz. I must admit I am not fond of...
