I'm a black angus man but for the money you can buy nearly 2 for 1 hereford's vs.blacks.So if I was buying it would be hereford cows and an angus bull.When any of these cows are sold in the kill pen they are all worth the same.The quickest way to make money in the cow business is not spending it.

I have some cows that are like that they are from a hereford bull I use to have they have very small bags but raise VERY big calves.These cows are 8 years old and carry a very nice compact udder a far site better than those big old pickle tit herefords I have seen.

I rent some land from a guy who has a few highland cows breed's them limosene sure makes a good cross on those shorter cows can't even see the highlander in the calves.Buy a young bull breed the cows than cut him fatten him up and sell or butcher just dont over spend on the cow freshener.
