I have a calf and its mother died. he is about 3 weeks old. I tried bottle feeding it and it just wont drink. does anybody have any ideas on what i can do? :help:

thanks for the info. is there a special kind of medicated food? like for different illnesses or does it just say medicated feed? also they have been laying eggs. im not sure if the sick ones have but is it safe to eat the eggs??

I have some chickens and some of them have been getting "sick". their eyes get all white and full of puss and then shut. some of them get runny noses. after bout 2 weeks they die. does anybody know what is wrong???

I got this calf at the auction about a month ago. When I brought her home she had a runny nose and a cough. I though it was maybe the dust so i didn't worry about it. She hasn't gotten any better and when she runs she gets worse. She was very hot today. We put her in the choot and took some pics
