No, that’s the plastic repair product. The bulldog is a spray adhesive. You can get the bulldog at oreilly auto parts around home.

Yes, it can be repaired but need to pull roof skin off. Use fiberglass or other type mesh on bottom side. V it out on top side with no mesh. Sand it down with some 80 & then 180 grit. Use some bulldog plastic adhesive spray then prime it. Water sand the whole roof with 320 or 400 grit, bulldog...
