    Solidose pellet in the neck in the spring time should take care of 90% of pinkeye problems. I have personally not had near the foot problems as I have in angus cattle

    Roping one on the range can be done much more humanly, a good high powered arena horse is running backwards before the calf hits the end of the Rope increasing the impact.

    how is the disposition of your Maine cows? I have heard mixed opinions on there temperament I am hoping these calves will have a little structure to them, my Hereford cows are great mothers so hopefully that small percentage of Maine have too much effect on maternal traits.
