Lost a moma cow and have been bottle feeding her bull calf. What is the earliest i can wean him off milk replacer? Can i feed him too much sweet feed? Any suggestions on weaning and feeding.

I am looking for suggestions on installing a new tooth bar on a wheel driven side delivery rake. The threaded part broke off of one of the bars and i have a new one. I have loosened every bolt on it and can't get it to fit in the holes. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have 10 cows, a bull and a couple of calves at the moment. I planted a 7 acre field in rye.I don't plan to leave them on the grass full time, i was just wandering what the risks are in doing so. I do work some crazy hours so there may be times they may stay on the grass longer.

Tired of buying culls from the sale barn. Searching for younger, bred, black preferably but not positively, 400 to 700$ cows off of someones farm. Just thought i would give this a try but not prepared to travel far from eastern central GA. I know it's a long shot, but what the hay.
