Breaded Ranch Goose

Soak goose in iced salt water for 30 minutes and then proceed with the following.

3/4 cup of crushed cornflakes
3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 envelope of Ranch Dressing Mix
4�skinned goose breasts cut cross grain into strips.�
1/2 cup of butter or margarine, melted
In a shallow bowl, combine cornflakes, parmesan cheese and ranch dressing powder and mix.� Dip the goose in butter, and then roll in the crumb mixture to coat.� Place in a greased 13x9 baking dish.� Bake uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes or until the juices run clear.�

P.S.��You can substitute chicken for goose if you do not have expert hunters in your house. If you wish to fry, substitute 1 beaten egg in place of the melted butter and fry in a little Canola oil. Hunters and non-hunters alike with gobble these up, they are yummy little strips that are fit for company.
