Quick Three Bean Salad

8 oz chopped green beans
8 oz chopped wax beans
15 oz kidney beans
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill overnight.
