Gum Drop Cookies
4 eggs
2¼ cups brown sugar
2¼ cups flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
¼ tsp. Salt
18 candy orange slices or large gum drops
1 cup Pecans chopped
Beat eggs until very light. Add brown sugar, and then flour and salt.
Add orange slices (cut in small pieces) that are tossed in ¼ cup of
the flour. Then add the pecans. Bake in 2 pans 8X12 at 325 for 25 minutes
