Rising Fawn, Ga.
A welcomed rain to the Rising Fawn, Ga. area added to the strong demand for Colmore's Salers cattle. Once again, the Colmore crew put on one of the premier spring events to attend.
High Selling Lots:
Lot 4B, JCGC Trailblazer 754T was purchased by Rock Top Farms of Camp, Ark., for $7,700 for ½ interest.
Lot 1A, JCGC Two Timin' 770T was purchased by That Farms and M&M Farms of Camp, Ark., for $7,400 for ½ interest.
Lot 2C, JCGC Top Gun 745T was purchased by Butch Suttee, Maysville, Okla., for $5,000 for ½ interest.
Lot 1, JCGC Southern Comfort 691S was purchased by Tim Street, Cave City, Ark., for $5,000.
Lot 20, JCGC Tradition 791T was purchased by Kevin Johansen, Gowen, Mo., for $5,000.
Lot 3, JCGC Shena 669S with Lot 3A, JC 803U, a black heifer, was purchased by Don Richardson, Monticello, Ky., for $3,900.
Lot 1E, Right to Flush TDH Katie 19K sold to Konow Farms, Franklin, Ky., for $3,500.
Lot 6, JCGC Take Over703T sold to Wade Jacobsen, Sun River, Mont., for $3,500.
Lot 4A, JCGC Tatonka 732T was purchased by Hugh Claiborne, Dayton, Tenn., for $3,500.
Lot 4, JCGC PLD Sybil 632S with black heifer at side, Lot 4A, JC 804U sold to Don Richardson, Monticello, Ky., for $3,000.
Volume Buyers:
Ken Statham, Dade City, Fla., purchased seven head. James Wooden, South Pittsburg, Tenn., took home five head, and Z7 Bar Ranch, Pawhuska, Okla., purchased four head.
