Bazadaise Australia
The Bazadaise ( Baz-A-Day ) is a French beef breed originating in the small town of Bazas, some 60km south of Bordeaux, from which its name is derived. The breed is believed to have developed from the Autochthon local breed with suggestions of a possible infusion as far back as the middle ages of Bos Indicus brought by the invading Moors.
