As far a the wt. as long as it wasn't overly fat, that is a good size for butcher. Where do you all think big hams & chops come from ? If you fed & hauled it I think .70-.75 a lb is a fair price. Meat & everything else is on the way up from the drought we are having here in the mid-west.
Your dollars will go farther when they are accompanied with some sense.
