It depends on the number of years you've been raising them. Independent studies show that anything over 30 years and you're pretty much a vegetable. Since I started with a very high IQ I still have some Brain cells left. How long have you been raising cattle CB? :cowboy:

Yep, and sometimes the more expensive land is worth the money if it has good fences and established grass. It ain't hard to spend the equivalent of an extra 500 per acre on a cheap place.


yep last place i bought didn't have a fence and cost over 20k for 2-1/2 miles of perimeter fence and still didn't have cross fences or a set of pens.
some places seem high until you figure what it cost to put a place together
