any jerky recipes

Like to try a new marinade can't find any, hot or mild I'll give it a rip. kids'll eat the mild that leaves the hot for me . Any one got any. :???:

This one is called South Meets West.
2 lb roast 1/4 inch sliced
1 bottle soy sauce
1 bottle worcestershire sauce
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
4 cloves garlic smashed an minced
6-8 smoked jalapenos. diced-tiny
mix all in a glass container, put a lid on it and refrigerate for 24 houts.

:banana: I just tryed the 1st of my jerky this morning it's perfect thanks JO . Idon't have agood dehydrator so I put it on my smoker racks over them cheap roaster pans in the oven at 200 for 4 hours worked the nuts. Thanks again JO marinade worked great :clap:

Nephew makes a marinade of
1/3 soy sauce
1/3 worcestershire sauce
1/3 juice of bottle of jalapeno peppers.


His jerkey is pretty darn good.

Hard to go wrong with any of joes recipes. He makes a pretty good Julia Child. Even makes her look pretty

gonna give it a little maple flavor had awindy boil back in 2010 got a smokey flavor to it to much for pancakes and such but it goes good in marinades.
