Thats about the worst excuse for a heifer that I have ever seen....no self respecting hereford breeder would have her on his place and since I would not like to see rockets reputation take such a damaging hit I will reluctantly take her off his hands and put her with my herd  And just to show what kind of a nice guy that I am for making this kind gesture...I will even come up and get her

Thanks for the kind words, can't take much credit for this picture though, she's been a natural poser since she was a baby.

Jeez Hoss, that's real nice of you, offer to drive all this way and all, makes me feel kind of guilty, maybe I could meet you half way, or pay for your fuel and time to drive up here, wife could probably pack you some lunch for the trip back. Thanks.

Rocket-your animals are sooo used to the camera that they start posing when they see you coming along, with the exception of 'little rocket',the 8 day old bull that you posted the other day, have you managed to catch him yet?

It's alot easier to photograph sound, high quality animals than it is to try and catch a good pose from a substandard animal.

Generally speaking - overall - A VERY fine heifer. Not really anything to really criticize. Just little "tweakings", and those are insignificant. :tiphat:

Actually did that a couple years back, went around and took pictures at friends places and made full size calendars from a calendar kit some company was making, gave them the calendars for christmas, anyway some other friends heard about it, and started giving/sending me their 20/30 year old Polaroid's and little snapshots from cell phones wanting me to make them calendars, trying to clean those little pics up to make 12x14 prints was pretty time consuming. The following year everybody got their orders in early, everybody wanted a calendar. Well, thank god, the local staples store said they couldn't get the kits anymore, the company had quit making them, and I was out of the calendar business, it was such a shame. ;-) :)

Just ordered a new lens for my camera, it's a long, long range lens, just so I could get another picture of him, he's so far away. :)

I hope so, as much as I'd like to build the herd numbers up, I really wouldn't mind a bull calf out of the same mating as this calf, this spring. Another heifer like this one wouldn't be too bad either. :)
