Another early one. Gestation here in the past has averaged about 282 days. This calving season so far is averaging 278.

Dam: Tatum a Grandmaster Cow
Sire: Hook's Eagle offered by Genex
Due: 9/23/2019
DOB: 9/15/2019
Gestation: 277 days
Bull, 77 pounds.

Nice calf. Most all mine have been early this fall I`m blaming the extreme temps for that.

Nice looking calf Ron. That Grandmaster cow definitely passed the white face to him.

I think the Eagle calves will turn out great.

Thanks everyone. I do too. He is stout for a newborn and she is already taking him out with the herd even in this awful heat.

I checked out the sire. No wonder this calf is stout. Sire is 4.7 frame, with a 1400# YW . He is a CE bull with tremendous numbers for growth & carcass. He is a 3/4 Simmie.
