Looks like I'm going to live. Ain't been so easy with the breathing tho. Start cardiac Rehab next week so I hoping to get my wind back. Thanks for asking!

I’m in complete awe at their muscling.

What do they taste like?

I think lots of people are in awe and then some think they are freaks. Lots leaner and more tender with a more pronounced flavor. Coloring of the meat is also darker. I prefer it to anything I can buy local.

Sim-Angus calls them thoroughbred, but I agree with you in the rear end. Thanks!

Thank you. There is still alot where to improve in our herd. Your group looks very uniform and consistent.

Thanks. Much easier to do when you only have a handful of animals.

So in three years will these be running in the Kentucky Derby?
Why should I apologize for becoming a monster?
Did anyone apologize for making me one?
