You have already clipped the fescue seedheads. Your ahead of me.
My thoughts only, don't bet the farm on them. KT

Yes. But not as much as previous years. This was not a "clover spring" here.

I clipped the ridge top. I have a lot more to go and some areas the fescue is already rank and unpalatable. Needs to be clipped.

Beautiful. Tell me about your fence. Are those cattle panels secured to hedge posts or barbed wire that shows up blurry when I zoom in the 3rd pic?

First. Thanks.

Warning: This may be misintrepreted as an advertisement for Tornado Wire. Lol

No. Those are treated posts driven with a post driver. Then Tornado Woven wire and a strand of Tornado Barb on top.

Tornado is the best wire available today. I won’t use any other brand.

It is very good wire for sure. Berkert is excellent, Tornado might be even better.

And one of the Users here is the only distributor. BTW. That is actually a fact Or was. It is made in UK.

I've stretched around 50,000 dollars of tornado wire in the past year. Along with equal or greater amounts of several other major brands.
Still have considerable amount of inventory in the barn. I've hunted with the American distributor, and ate with a couple of the higher ups from the UK. I give my opinions based on truth and real experience. If you'd like mine call me up. 254-258-9868.....
If it ain't tight , It ain't right.

You can all go to he// . I'll go to Texas.
