A thanks to all for your thoughts and help this year.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank all of you for contributing your thoughts on a huge variety of topics. As we always say, "God isn't done with me" and we have alot left to learn. I appreciate the information and opinions and generally, the respectful nature and good sarcasm at times. We all have different goals. We all like slightly different looks and thank goodness. Baskin Robbins has 31 flavors for a reason. A special thanks to each of you that responded to my "beginner" questions...your patience and wisdom is very appreciated.

I hope each of you has a wonderful holiday season filled with love, joy and making memories. Remember and raise a glass or say a prayer for those that came before us.

I smile thinking of the freedom to do what we want. To get a chance to raise cattle is something that NEVER interested me and now suddenly it is a passion starting in the fall of my life.

Cheers from Texas!

Frosty

Sometimes when someone asks good honest questions, it makes me look at our deal alittle deeper. I might not even respond because I don't have anything remotely interesting or helpful to add, but it does make me think. Keep asking questions.

We might not all agree on which is the best path to take, but your questions and comments have always been thought provoking. Merry Christmas and Happy new year.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
We have sort of a mixed bag of personalities on here, but you are soooooo right. Having the freedom of our lifestyle is a true BLESSING.

I just spent 20 minutes reading old posts from 3-8 years ago regarding weaning weights and cow weight ratios. Agreed always something I can learn/relearn.
