I'm impressed with all of those who quit cold ... never could get passed day 2!! I started when I was 16 and quit at age 52. Momma got cancer and long story really shortened - lol- Chantix came out and I quit using this drug. What an experience... momma with cancer, quitting and menopause all at once!! But I did it and still not smoking. ( I did a lot of "talking" myself into quitting) Make sure you have a REALLY GOOD REASON to quit.. then it will happen.
