Is a baseball protector a bit like a cricket protector, one for the other sort of balls????

you see angie upside down it is the shape of a gas mask, if it has been used you may need a real gas mask..
but I'm sure you knew that anyways.
ps. forgot to add I wouldn't have wasted good JD on the darn snake, a wack on the head would have done dun.
