OK. I surrender. Now I am confused. It seems as though a baseball protector, is not at all for protecting baseballs. Maybe since I was kind enough to help MM out of her confusion, she will throw me an oar now ~ cause any further on my own, and I will be up a creek....

Is a baseball protector a bit like a cricket protector, one for the other sort of balls????

ps. forgot to add I wouldn't have wasted good JD on the darn snake, a wack on the head would have done dun.
