Happy Father's Day is right. I do hope you have some nilla icecream too. Seein a rack of ribs like that makes you want to just grab it and run off down in the woods and eat the whole thing and growl at anyone who might come near you. :nod:

Thanks, Misty! I don't brine my ribs. They hit the fire a 225 and get pulled around the 3 1/2 hour mark.
