Rifle Season in Texas

I didn't know when did rifle season started there ... but ... I wanted to do a five mile hike with the dog and when I got down there I could tell there was anywhere from 3 to 8 four-wheelers in the woods and 4 to 8 hunters. The dog was mad when I turned around and didn't even let her out of the truck. It's pretty sorry to, since 4-wheelers are banned in that area. Guess I should just stop following laws and stuff, nobody else seems to.
