Falkland Islands

Post by FalklandRancher » Sat Jan 04, 2020 4:11 am

Hi all.
My name is Ben Berntsen, I live and Ranch/Farm on the Islands, I currently run around 40000 sheep and 200 cattle between two farms, Elephant Beach Farm which I own, and Cape Dolphin farm that I manage.
Wendy Pratt's article in your Working Rancher magazine, The Eight Thousand Mile Handshake, that is me.

:welcome: It will be interesting to hear more about your place. What kind of cattle do you run?
I tried to google your story "Working Rancher magazine, The Eight Thousand Mile Handshake" -- but didn't come up with anything. Do you have a link for an on-line version?
Please do us a favor and go to your profile and put your location. I realize you have it in your post, but next week/next year, we may not remember where you are located.
Edit: not all of us are smart enough to know Falkland Islands - I had to google that too LOL
Thanks.
