Looks like a type of bentgrass but I'm by no means an expert.
My thoughts only, don't bet the farm on them. KT

The pics I find of bent grass are short. From what I did find it seems undesirable.

I think it matures and is gone by the time we try to hay or graze much

I had to take a few agronomy classes back in the day. I wish I had paid more attention. That does kinda look like red top. My cows won’t eat it. Thankfully, I have very little. Looks good though, but they ain’t havin it. Same story with my volunteer Bermuda.
