You bet! Good to know. Any particular reason you broadcasted the wheat but drilled the fescue, did it have to do with varying seeding depths or ease of mixing seeds? I have drilled wheat and broadcasted annual rye in my own pastures but haven’t put down fescue as of yet. I almost did, but opted for rye instead bc of cost. I have wondered how a wheat/fescue mix would do and the possible issues of trying to plant both at the same time.
Na my planter could do it both at the same time but I had already mixed the wheat seed in with the line and fertilizer that's generally what I do. In the spring I spray nitrogen and it makes dn good hay too good cows eat the bale up fast has a sweet smell to it
