Breaded Ranch Goose

Soak goose in iced salt water for 30 minutes and then proceed with the following.

3/4 cup of crushed cornflakes
3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 envelope of Ranch Dressing Mix
4 skinned goose breasts cut cross grain into strips. 
1/2 cup of butter or margarine, melted
In a shallow bowl, combine cornflakes, parmesan cheese and ranch dressing powder and mix.  Dip the goose in butter, and then roll in the crumb mixture to coat.  Place in a greased 13x9 baking dish.  Bake uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes or until the juices run clear. 

P.S.  You can substitute chicken for goose if you do not have expert hunters in your house. If you wish to fry, substitute 1 beaten egg in place of the melted butter and fry in a little Canola oil. Hunters and non-hunters alike with gobble these up, they are yummy little strips that are fit for company.
