2nd Layer
Salsa made with plum tomatoes, green onions and fresh chili peppers
3rd Layer
Boiled lobster tails and shrimp diced with dressing made from 1 T olive oil, 1 t white wine vinegar and 1 T mayonnaise. Salt & pepper to taste.
