TEXAS CAVIAR

1 can blackeye peas with jalapenos, drained
1 can field peas with snaps, drained
1 med. red onion, chopped
1 can of sliced black olives, drained
1 sm. bottle of Italian Dressing
1 clove of garlic, cruched
2 tomatoes, chopped fine
2 avacados, chopped
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight for best results. Best served with fritos. Can be served in hollowed out red cabbage.
