Pancakes

2 c. flour
1 Tblsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tblsp shortening
2 eggs, separated

Add milk to desired consistency. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold eggwhites in with spoon.
