Mexican Corn Bread
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 small can cream style corn
1 tablespoon chopped jalepeno pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small jar pimento
5 strips fried bacon (crumbled)
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in
iron skillet for 40 minutes or until desired browness.
