3 c. Cooked Rice
2 Eggs, Beaten
3 T. Minced Green Onions
1 c. Peas & Carrots
½ t. Garlic Powder
½ t. Salt
½ t. Sugar
1T. Soy Sauce
Dash of Pepper
4 T. Peanut Oil
Heat oil and stir fry eggs until well done. Add onions and vegetables.
When nearly done add rice and remaining ingredients. Stir fry until
rice is hot.
