GOT-no-TIME CrockPot Brisket
Select any size Brisket or Tri Tip Roast that will fit in your crock pot
Put it in crock pot in the morning, fat side up (no need to sear)
Sprinkle the top side with McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning.
Cook all day on low
OK, you do have to buy the seasoning, but it is readily available (I get the
big one at Costco) and when you are dog tired, this is a meal you would pay for
at a restaurant. You save it for when that is the kind of calving, branding,
shipping, haying, harvesting kind of time.
