BBQ Beef Sloppy Joes

2lbs stew meat, cut in bite size pieces, browned with 1 onion, drain grease!!!
Mix: 1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp salt
2 tblp brown sugar
2 tblp worcestershire sauce
1 cup catsup

Pour mixture over beef in crockpo. Cook on high for 1 hour. Turn to low heat for 5 to 6 hours. Serve onto toasted hamburger buns.
