Aunt Mildred's Carrot Cake
2 c. sugar
2 c flour
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 c chopped nuts
Beat eggs with sugar, one at a time.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix alternately together - oil, flour mix and sugar/egg.
Add carrots and nuts last.
Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 stick oleo
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb powdered sugar (2 cups)
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all together and frost cake when cool.
